Once you have selected the therapist to interview, you will receive a confirmation of your consultation time and a brief questionnaire for you to complete before your telephone consultation call. This will provide your therapist with more information about what is bringing you to therapy, allow the therapist to answer any questions you may have, and help your therapist confirm that they have right skills to help you meet your needs.

We completely understand if you prefer email communication. If you would rather complete a consultation by email, please send an email with your name, address, and requested therapist to the Owner, corina.maher@unityyfs.com. Once this is received, a therapist will send you the consultation questionnaire to complete.
