We are looking to add to our diverse, dynamic, and kick-ass crew!

Unity Youth & Family Services is a woman-owned small clinic that proudly employs some of the best therapists in the area. Our therapists use a special blend of personal history, graduate level of education, certifications, and sass to provide services for adults, adolescents, and children. We have staff who go beyond the traditional treatment strategies and use EMDR, IFS, addictions support, and Play Therapy due to our specialized certifications and training. This year we are excited to offer nutrition and health coaching for staff and clients! We also have our own in-house biller who takes the worries of billing and insurance away.

The clinic is run with the important factors of working in a group, including case consultation, supervision, and most importantly, a fun and supportive team! We are independently owned, there are no corporate push downs or directives. This means that you have control over your own schedule and the clients you see. We are very proud of the close and supportive team environment we have here.
If you have a definite streak of sarcasm and sass, enjoy working in a more independent environment with the support of a small clinic, this is the place for you!

Unity Youth & Family Services provides mental health services to all walks of life. Our therapists are trained to understand how the stress and high expectations of being a grown-up can be too much. We are passionate about working with individuals struggling to fit all the pieces together in a unified way. We specialize in un-served and under-served communities including LGBTQ+ and those with different neurotypes. Unity Youth & Family Services is a unique working environment because it blends the ideals of independent practice with the support and guidance of a clinic.

We opened our doors in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. And thanks to ongoing word of mouth referrals, we remain a highly sought after clinic in Omaha and continue to expand. We are also proud recipients of the Omaha Award for top Mental Health Clinic every year for the past 3 years!
